How much do we pay?

Dues assessments are currently $200 per year (January-December) - per legal lot.  Duplexes must pay for each side ($200 x 2) even if owned by the same person.  This was voted on at the annual homeowners meeting and was passed by unanimous decision.

Will you send me an invoice?

What are my payment options?

Dues assessments can be paid by check, or pay online using our convenient PayPal link.

What happens if I don't pay on time?

If dues are not paid within 90 days (Apr. 1st), you will be billed a $25 late fee.  Every 3 months (Jul. 1st, Oct 1st, and Jan. 1st), an additional $25 late fee will be added to your total.  If dues remain unpaid for 12 months, a lien will be filed on the property for the outstanding dues ($200), plus all late fees, plus court costs which could add up to hundreds of dollars.
